...See more Hi everyone. I have for quite some time now realised i have a drinking peoblem. I think for the last 2 years i have burried it down and made excuse after excuse. But i know i need help, i really dont know where to turn or where to start. Can anyone point me in the right direction or share their own experience with me? I feel really embarressed, ashamed and so tired of what i have gradually become.I just want this to all go away and my life to begin to look up again. I am afraid ill fail and end up at square one again with the horrible feelings that come with it. Id appreciate any advice. Thankyou for reading x
