...See more I feel as though I AM a TW. I was sent a link to this amazing group of what seems to be brave individuals, and I am very nervous. I am an unmedicated and untreated 39 yr old woman with ADHD and PTSD. I feel like such a mess right now that I have said in my mind a million times on how I would start this but I am currently unable to process the simplest of thoughts; therefore, I am sure of one thing, this will probably look like a jumbled mess of thoughts. That being said, I am currently using the app but would like to know the best way to start this process altogether. Are there tips on where I should start? I don’t know really how I am going to approach this process but am willing and open to suggestions. I am currently awaiting my first appointment with a care provider to get started back on my meds after taking myself off of them 4 yrs ago due to the loss of my insurance and many other things at the time. And so on and so on, sometimes I feel like the list of problems is just an evolving cycle of chaos. Any advice and direction is accepted. Thank you all for being here. 🤍 Sorry for all of that thought vomit.
