...See more everyday I look at myself I tell myself I hate myself, I constantly am thinking about how much of a burden I am, clarifying, I do not feel suicidal, I feel more like, hyperaware of my existence and I hate me. I also hate how I look physically. If anyone has tips of ways to start to think more positively, or maybe things that worked for them. I would really appreciate it
