Anxious at night

...See more I had covid the start of January and since then have not been well, haven’t gone back to work and still waiting to see if there’s anything the doctors can do for me, but since having covid my anxiety has gotten quite bad. At night time I can’t get to sleep because my brain convinces me someone is going to break in and I’m in danger. I sound crazy I know, but any help with how to calm down and sleep would be helpful.
