...See more I'm not used to this kind of thing, but I figured I need help. I'm suffering from depression. Because of it, I'm losing motivation to do anything. Waking up is a chore. Going to school is a chore. Simply living is a chore. I'm losing my appetite and I cry more often, sometimes for no reason. My parents are angry at me because I'm starting to fail in school. I can't even find the courage to tell them what I'm going through because I'm afraid they won't understand, they'll get angry, or worse - they'll get disappointed in me. I feel hopeless and empty and worthless and guilty... I don't know what's wrong with me or why I'm suddenly depressed. What's worse is I think I also suffer from anxiety. Every morning, when I get ready for school, my whole body feels heavy and I start to shake whenever I'm about to leave the house. I don't know why this is happening. All I know is this depression is ruining my life and I'm panicking - I have no idea how to get back up. I feel like I'm alone with no one to turn to, me against the world. I just wanted to get this out of my system so...
