Hi my name is Bryan and I have bipolar disorder 1, severe depression, and anxiety. I have battled substance abuse, in addition to all my other issues. I have lived a life that at times has seen highs that were amazing, but I have seen lows that included being locked up in jail and in a hospital. Learning to live with your illness is a hard thing to do, but its possible. I am here to help anyone I can, based on my life and educational experience, and I hope I can assist anyone with whatever your going through.
