...See more i am feeling off from last some days. i took a depression screen test and the score was 80/100. it just justify why i am not able to my work. i cannot focus. i am anxious and stressed. i start shivering randomly. i have been having heavy headaches. nothing motivates me. life feels useless. i thought i am just being lazy but being productive with the dizziness is a hard task. i tried things like journaling , meditations and breathing techniques but those are not solution at all. i don't have any trustworthy friend to talk about my situation. ii being so sleepy. ii struggle to wake up. i don't want to open my eyes at all. i am messed up with my diet too and i am gaining weight. worsneing my pcos. i don't know what to do now. i have tried enough to make my physical and mental health better. now i am so tired of everything.
