Feeling overwhelmed
i am feeling off from last some days.
i took a depression screen test and the score was 80/100.
it just justify why i am not able to my work. i cannot focus. i am anxious and stressed. i start shivering randomly. i have been having heavy headaches. nothing motivates me. life feels useless.
i thought i am just being lazy but being productive with the dizziness is a hard task.
i tried things like journaling , meditations and breathing techniques but those are not solution at all.
i don't have any trustworthy friend to talk about my situation.
ii being so sleepy.
ii struggle to wake up. i don't want to open my eyes at all.
i am messed up with my diet too and i am gaining weight.
worsneing my pcos.
i don't know what to do now. i have tried enough to make my physical and mental health better. now i am so tired of everything.
@philosophicalJar7804 What you’re describing: the shivering, headaches, exhaustion, the 80/100 score, isn’t laziness. It’s your body and mind telling you this is real, this is severe, and it’s weighing you down in every way.
i am currently on my skin medicenes, already visiting a dermatologist.
may be after that i will try to reach out another doctor for pcos.
but i am consider about therapy. i live in a area where these type of help is not available. i don't know what to do about it. i saw some online option but they are out of budget.
Dr neil barnard talks about pcos. He puts it down to fat eaten and worn. Fighting to diet doesn’t help. If your calories for day contain half of nutrients you need your body will want more.
Gbombs by dr furham cover most important foods i list fish and fermented as well.
If you fill up on low calorie plants after getting everything you need you will feel like eating less.
We have hunger hormones that build up during day eat early to reduce there increase.
Hopefully this would help you feel better long term but short term doctors medication is good.
