...See more Hey. I’ve been feeling pretty messed up mentally for the past few months and I honestly don’t really know what’s going on with me anymore. It’s not just “being sad.” My emotions come in waves and sometimes they get really intense. A few times it got bad enough that it genuinely scared me. I’m safe right now, but I still feel unstable sometimes and like the thoughts are always somewhere in the background. Most of the time lately I just feel heavy, tired, numb, overwhelmed, and unmotivated. Even simple things feel exhausting sometimes. School stress hits me really hard too, especially math tests. It’s not even that I don’t know how to solve things — my brain just kind of shuts down from stress and I give up halfway through. I also tend to tell people I’m “fine” even when I’m not because I don’t know how to explain any of this properly without feeling dramatic or confusing people. I guess I just want someone to talk to who won’t immediately dismiss it or act like I’m overreacting.
