...See more I feel like I don’t trust myself anymore. I’ve lost hope in a bright future despite my efforts. I feel lonely even around “friends” and family. I feel as though i’m not myself around others or even alone in my own room. i’ve lost sight of myself and don’t know what to do. I had a breakdown today and still feel terrible. I’m really lost and hate feeling like this. I need help.
