...See more I’m trying my best but I’m not getting anywhere I told everyone that matters how I feel they are aware and are trying their best for me and I appreciate them so much but I still feel alone and empty. I’m still trying I can’t find professional help I took the steps to find help but I still can’t get it. I have extreme dreams and thoughts I won’t act on them for my friends sake buts it’s really hard most days I wake and immediately my depression hits. I’m really trying but nothing is helping no one can help me and I feel weak and tired and defeated which feeds into the cycle and I end up back here my friends all at one point have had depression but what they describe and how I feel are completely different like I just can’t get over it it’s not as easy as get over it I don’t know what to do and the alternate option scared me thanks for listening
