...See more Has anyone ever made a HUGE mistake you regret more than anything? How did you move past it and find peace? How did you stop punishing yourself? I have BPD and did something unforgivable. I ruined the relationship with the only person who has loved me. I did not cheat, but I did something terrible. It’s been a year and two months since the breakup .. I am never going to get over it and am going to be miserable and punish for the rest of my life, it feels like.
