...See more Hello everyone, I'm Pie. I'm struggling with feeling anxious from very small things or things out of my control. It feels like I always have something to worry on my mind, which makes me feel overwhelmed and decrease my living quality drastically. However, with my current financial situation, I can not afford to go to therapy. Therefore, I am looking for tips and peer support :)
