Suddenly Having Panic Attacks?

...See more Hi everyone, I just wanted to see if anyone could shed some light on what could be potentially be happening to me? About a month ago - out of nowhere - I have my very first panic attack that spanned almost a whole night. I had to call the emergency services because I thought I was in critical health when, unbeknownst to me, it was actually a panic attack. I thought that was the last time I’d have one, until then it happened again two weeks ago. And then it happened again two days ago, and just now. I’m definitely going to contact my doctor tomorrow morning but I just thought since it’s 3am here and I have nothing else to do besides catastrophise, maybe it’d be nice to hear other peoples’ thoughts and opinions on my experience? And maybe hoping I’m not alone?
