...See more How do you deal with brain fog? Im having trouble understanding what people say when they talk to me. I also have trouble communicating my thoughts correctly. This makes people think Im being rude. Im sure its a side effect of antidepressants, but I dont like to tell people Im on them because of the stigma. I especially hate to say because I live in a fairly religious area where many people dont believe mental health issues are real. How can I get through the fog to communicate more effectively? Or how can I let people know Im trying without explaining my issues?
