...See more Hi! Newbie here. I learned about this app via some friend on another app. I hope I could be free to state what's bothering me here. I honestly find it hard to express myself much more share my problems. As a mental health nurse, I really tried hard to be a strong and dependable person. I don't know I am just procrastinating about my upcoming exam. I need to pass it to pursue my career abroad. I want to do it but I am too afraid to fail. What if I fail? What if I spend a lot on this exam and I won't make it? What are the odds of me passing the exam wherein some of my colleagues tried multiple timesand still fail? Am I afraid to take the exam because I don't want to spend my hard earned money on something that I am not sure about? Or I am procrastinating because I really don't want to leave my job and my comfort zone? But working on that institution isn't good for my mental health anymore. Or am I waiting for some changes in management that may somehow affect my decision to leave? I am quite torn on my decision. In the end, it seems that my problem is not about taking the exam, but leaving my current job. I know I sound nonsense, but I am really confused. I want to leave yet I want to stay. I dream to work somewhere but I am afraid to start elsewhere.😓
