...See more Hi , this is all new to me Ive been diagnosed with GAD 2 years ago. I think it was caused by a mix of previous toxic relationship and toxic workplace ( and mayyyyyybe a bit of toxic parenting when i was younger but thats another story ). Ive managed to change workplace . I looooove my new job been there for a year 1/2 and still in the learning process but ive been learning quickly and it is important for me to perform. Ive been having excellent feedback from my employer so nothing to worry I have secured the bag lol Except, the anxiety it gives me is beyond words . i say to myself that i dont have the right for mistakes. I push myself to excel the expectations and when im in the wrong it puts me in a state where i cant control the thought of me being bad at what i do , thinking im useless and that i should know what im doing . Sometime sending me directly into a panick attack. Ive been in some support groups and was handed many tools to help me cope but sometimes its like i cant get my brain under control it sends me back in time and it escalates . So thats why i am here any freedback is welcomed :)
