...See more I've been struggling with falling asleep & staying asleep for several weeks. I'll sleep a couple of hours then awake for 20-22 hours. I'm doing a nightly routine that includes lavender oil in a diffuser, lavender pillow spray, soft music, no words, & starting 2 days ago, no phone for an hour b4 bed. Still... I can't seem to relax my mind enough to sleep. My body relaxes beautifully, but my thoughts keep me awake or wake me up. It's frustrating & I don't know what to do. I've tried box breathing & it helps for a little while, but then my mind is thinking about things I need to do, want to do, might do, & have done. I'm a "human-doing" not a "human-bean"! (Play on words) Any ideas for this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
