he started to have new friends and it makes me feel lonely

...See more during the pandemic, he and i had our own world of hanging out and chatting all day bc it was LDR. but after awhile, he started to hang out with other people online. though im comfortable alone, the fact that it feels like he's moved on to his friends while im alone feels sad. it suddenly makes me feel lonely somehow, when it used to be only him and i. i just feel jealous now that he has his friends and i don't. i find it difficult to be happy for him in this state :(( what should i do?
