...See more I get really scared on the bus and in crowded spaces. I also get scared about others opinions on me and what they see me as. For example, on the bus i get scared people think im breathing tooo hard or if i smell or something like that. Im not entirely sure why this is happening so if anyone knows or feels the same please tell me
