...See more Hi @bestVase7265. Hello. I'm here, and hoping to God you are here too. I know I disappeared for a long time, 6 months or so and I've honestly been ashamed about it. I kept procrastinating reaching out because I felt guilty, especially remembering what you were going through with your dad's illness. I’m really sorry I vanished. I still thought about you a lot and wanted to check in. I wasn't in a too good space mentally. I shut out everything. I have so much to tell you but keeping this message short. I want to say I'm sorry but even to say that I'm feeling shame. You do not repeat the behaviour after a sorry but I seem to be repeating my MIA often. I'm sorry if I ever made you feel like I wasn't coming back, which can never be true. I feel immense guilt on not replying back but it seems to be a loop of guilt and avoidance. I deeply apologise. I wish I could fix it. How have you been?

...See more Can anyone help me? I'm going through a really challenging time. I have study a 6-year study gap. I have insecurities & self-esteem issues. Jan-June 2025 were the most heartbreaking and traumatising phase of my life yet. I was emotionally broken. My mental sanity had left me. I was in deep, deep depression & self-har-m/sui-cidal. I shared many times here how miserable I was. I could get out of all that slowly and got back to studying to finish International A-levels (school leaving exams). I am failing to study properly and give my best. So I'm internally panicking 24/7. I'm highly stressed. I'm getting demotivated and currently, I don't have any friend with me who I can talk to. No one I can talk to. The only 3 closest friends I have are having some issues with their personal life and I don't want to bother them. They have been there for me during the most crucial 6 months of my life so I want to also give them some space and be there for them. But now I'm also struggling. And while I wouldn't like to bother them, I just want to talk to someone & get support. Counselling isn't convenient currently idk. And it's better if someone experienced enough, someone who knows how it feels to remain stuck in life, to know how it is to experience study or any kind of gaps & depression, can help me out. I want their strong advice & guidance because I'm suffering. I'm unable to guide myself. I'm terrified.
