Fast forward a few years, I bought a flat, and we moved forward with the wedding plans. But then she started criticizing my looks—gained weight, hair loss—and said she couldn't handle it anymore. When I told her I was working on it, she started daily fights. I'm stressed, feeling trapped, and wondering if I'm doing something wrong. What should I do?"

...See more hi, now a days a feel so anxious about my toxic parents and it effects my metal health as well as my focus on work. they always blame me for everything even I am the only person who earns and provide all the needs for them. I feel so much drained by their behaviour. When I share my things with other friends and family members but seems they are not interested in listening to my thoughts.
