...See more I can't cry . It's beyond that now . I'm hurting . Feeling like this everyday is killing me. Not knowing how you feel cause you are trying to figure it out yourself is the worst . My boyfriend is helpful , he has put up with me thus far. I appreciate it more than anything . He is there to try to comfort me in these times but I can never give a reason as to what's going on with me , so I have to settle for silence . And it is taken as a guard that I have up , when really I don't know what to say or how to say it . I just wish there was a way for someone who doesn't experience anxiety severely to understand how I feel at those times . It's not as easy to overcome or explain. It's ripping me apart not being able to talk to him or talk at all when something is wrong with me .
