...See more i’ve recently quit weed for about a month (i never used it regularly) but i had plenty of unpleasant experiences. i haven’t touched it for a while and i never had a dependence on it but i feel awful withdrawal symptoms. i randomly have panic attacks and won’t be able to sleep no matter how tired i am because i’m too scared of my dreams which have mostly been nightmares as of late, i get so scared to sleep because i feel out of control. i randomly dissociate/depersonalize and completely feel out of touch with reality or forget my existence (it feels like i’m living in a dream). i get extremely paranoid and get chills all the time and it just sucks so much. i feel like there’s the impending sense of doom and i cant escape it bc it always comes back at random times and i spend so much time searching up and researching what’s wrong with me and i don’t know how to fix it. it’s so annoying too because i never even smoked regularly, just a really bad experience and it messed me up so bad
