...See more Hi, I’m a disabled single mother. I recently just bought a home of my own and I raise my child. I have an older sister. My father and stepmother tend to favor her and her kids. Recently I found out they all went to the zoo for my nephews birthday and didn’t bother to invite me and my kid. I would have loved to go with them. I wonder maybe they didn’t invite me bc they think I just won’t feel good enough to go. I’ve been missing holidays lately bc I have a hard time driving. All holidays are at my sister and her husbands house 45 min away. I feel hurt that they didn’t even invite us. I also feel hurt for my child. Maybe I am over thinking or over reacting or am I just gaslighting myself thinking this? Is this wrong or is it just me who thinks that it’s wrong? They have invited me to holidays and shrug their shoulders when I tell them I can’t really drive long distance anymore. Sometimes I wish they would offer to pick me up or even have one holiday at my home. My sister also always bullied me my whole Life and everyone tells me all she ever does is talk bad about me. Idk why I get hurt over this. I need to find my own family somewhere with my friends. What are your thoughts?
