...See more i need help understanding how to apologise  so i lied to my partner yesterday about going to the bar when infact i went to work  two weeks ago i got out of hospital and iv been struggling to get back to normal and he didnt want me going back yesterday as he feels im pushing to hard ... but i feel ok sometimes sore but mostly ok .. when we tried talking about it i kept apologising but he thinks im apologising for gettigncuaght in my lie when infact i genuinely feel bad that i caused him to worry and whenever i try to talk to him about it again he gets frustrated . so what can i do to help with situtaion?
