...See more Hello,so um,what I have to say is extremely hard for me to get out and talk about,like a lot. When I was 17 I um...hit my mom,and went to jail. I was on zoloft at the time,and honestly have zero idea why I did it. It was determined I had a manic episode due to a side effect of that drug which causes violent behavior,I've never been violent before or after that incident. I feel lower than dirt even tho it's been 3 years now,my mother has forgiven me snd i was allowed back home. I cant even describe how sorry i am.I've struggled to obtain a good job because I now have a record, misdemeanor for simple battery. It has destroyed my life completely,I can't get anything above a fast food job which won't pay for rent or a home,no sensible woman wants to date me because of my record. All that I've told have disappeared after I told them,and ofc I waited a bit so they could see the real me. My point being,I'm only 21,my life is ruined, I'll never have a good job, never have a wife or kids,or become a vet. What am I supposed to do?? I'm at point where I've given up all hope,no I'm not harming myself, I'm just hopeless need someone to please for the love of God give me some advice
