...See more I’m a bipolar type II patient in the recovery stage. Recently I’m feel stressful both at work and in the family. My son is having examination and I have to take some annual leave from work to help him do revision. I can’t rest well at weekend because my son needs me to teach him. At the same time, I’ve less time attend to my work and I’m overwhelmed when I’m working. There are a few deadlines and unfinished tasks. I hope that I can get some verbal comfort from you. Thanks!
