I’m stressed and anxious.
I’m a bipolar type II patient in the recovery stage. Recently I’m feel stressful both at work and in the family. My son is having examination and I have to take some annual leave from work to help him do revision. I can’t rest well at weekend because my son needs me to teach him. At the same time, I’ve less time attend to my work and I’m overwhelmed when I’m working. There are a few deadlines and unfinished tasks. I hope that I can get some verbal comfort from you. Thanks!

Hello, I'm sorry that you're feeling overwhelmed and anxious. It seems like you have a lot going on. I'm not sure if you already do this or if it would help, but sometimes writing everything down that you need to do on a piece of paper helps you feel less overwhelmed. Self care and taking time for you is also important, even if it's just for a few minutes each day. I think it is great that you are so involved and dedicated to your family and career. That is very admirable. Remember that you are capable of accomplishing whatever life throws at you. I hope you have a good week!
Thanks! I’m gone through the hectic week with my son for his examination. It turned out he has good grades - I’m truly grateful for it. However it is not that smooth at my work. I was being rated under-performed and was asked to make unrealistic achievements for the coming three months. I had a down time for the past week - very upset that I want to shut down myself, got angry at my family members. I’ve come out from the dark time. I’ve decided to quit my job, take some rest for a year or two. I hope that things will turn out be good.
