...See more I just relapsed after two years of being clean. I don't want to go back. I was keeping it in so well. I don't think i can take it anymore. I want to be helped. i want someone to tell me things would be okay. I want someone to hold me like I am cared for and not like I'm a convenience. I want to be able to express what I feel, without being told to suck it up or to not cry because it's making others sad. *** this ***. I did not choose to go into full panic mode. Can someone please offer me guidance?
