...See more Hello. I have been binging on sweets and snacks. I cannot stop. I feel like if I restrict i binge but if I have just one of something then I also binge. I don’t know what to do… I try not to buy my trigger foods but i feel like i binge on everything. Going out to eat scares me now honestly. I also have days where I do so well and then at night I binge. Does anyone have any tips at all? Please ? Thank you.
