Hello. I have been binging on sweets and snacks. I cannot stop. I feel like if I restrict i binge but if I have just one of something then I also binge. I don’t know what to do… I try not to buy my trigger foods but i feel like i binge on everything. Going out to eat scares me now honestly. I also have days where I do so well and then at night I binge. Does anyone have any tips at all? Please ? Thank you.

Try eating a healthy alternative to what you are really craving, for example if you are craving something salty try eating some ice with salt which helps cure the craving of salt, and gives you the delusion of eating something crunchy, also miso soup is high in sodium and is filling. Or if you are craving something sweet have a tablespoon of honey or buy some whipped cream and freeze it - its like ice cream without the high sugars though it does still contain some. These all are low cals so you can eat lots of them with feeling full but not doing much damage to your digestive system as binging does. Truly find out what you taste you are craving not so much what foods you want to eat. I know binging is hard to feel in control but if you find ways around it or by reducing it little by little you can overcome this barrier. You got this!

Try spend your time focusing on being inspired by things other than food. And then do something with the new inspiration you find, That mind set seems to work for me at times
