I have nobody left.

...See more I see my family maybe once every one to two years, I religiously talk to my sister over Facebook. Facetime with her and tell her about my day, etc. I send her money anytime she needs it, I send her songs that remind me of her and I, or just her. I don't hold anything against her, granted she hasn't made the smartest choices in life, but neither have I and I won't judge. She's going through a rough time right now, I went and got my eyebrows microbladed today and I wanted to show her because I was happy... I thought she thought it would be good, simply because it made me happy. And I have been under a black cloud for the last three days. She told me all my mental problems are bulls***. They're nothing I should be complaining about, anxiety and depression. It's petty she said. I'm so hurt, I'm so hurt that my sister, whom I thought would never turn her back on me like she has and say the things she did... My mother and brothers already did that years ago, and now her. I grabbed my bottle of wine and moped to my bedroom, I'm so sad. I have nobody left.

They Go Away...

...See more Why does it always seem like, when you have someone you feel like you can comfortably talk to, explain how you're feeling; so you unleash. You describe down to almost every detail as to how you're feeling and why you think you're feeling this way. You explain to them you're sorry, you don't want them to go, and you have faith they'll be there for you. But, in the end, they all go away. Why? If it was my friend, I would have my phone ringer on loud at all times if they ever needed me. It feels like people are ignorant to depression, and they don't understand nor do they want to understand. I get it, it's dark. It's negative, nobody wants to be around that. But there are people down here with me, and me, who are theoretically reaching up waiting for someone to grab our hands and help us. I know it's up to us to get ourselves out of these situations, but when you feel like how I do, you don't have much hope.
