...See more I don't how to overcome this constant overthinking and anxious heart always beating so fast . How to calm and regulate the nervous system i never understand, I constantly think all the negative possible outcomes for a thing ignoring my true potential even though i can do much better.And this constant feeling of confusion never leaves i don't have a clarity about my thoughts what I want to become always day dreaming about something and reality hits hard I am 21 i don't know anything about my capabilities, this makes me under confident .and I don't like fear why is this always returning to me ....is this because I feel ? How to overcome fear, anxiety and never satisfied that I am enough aand how can improve inner confidence
