Your at a major turning point in your life now where you get to experience adulthood.  So many people are a your place in life unsure what to do.. I remember when I was where you are. It was quite dreadful for me, I hurt alot of family members with my confusion what I would decide to do with my life. Please take your time and pace yourself.  It's gonna be ok...🌲

@reservedNectarine9811, hello (: i have a GAD (generalized anxiety disorder) and struggle with all these same things.

in the bible God tells us that we quite literally have to take captive our thoughts. i feel that the enemy has such a hold on soooo many people by simply filling our minds with lies, doubts and fears. we were never meant to feel this way. i DAILY have to take deep breaths and remind myself that this isn't from God. that these thoughts are meant to keep me stuck in fear and trapped. in order to overcome them we have to consistently be replacing the negative thoughts with Truth (taking these thoughts captive). when you have these thoughts, talk to yourself out loud. remind yourself that its okay to be scared, its okay to fail but you can't let these things stop you from reaching your full potential. i don't know if you're a believer or not but either way, taking ahold of your fearful thoughts and replacing them with truth and positivity will help you.

its good that you reached out, having someone to talk to who understands exactly what you're going through and feeling is so so so important.

if you haven't already you could also talk to your doctor about the possibility of medication and/or therapy. these CHANGED MY LIFE.

praying He comforts your anxious heart (:
