How to deal with awkwardness/uncomfortability

...See more I'm terrible at putting my thoughts into words but i'll try my best.. So i'm 24, live with my mum and brother who do everything for me. I stay up all night and sleep all day since I was about 17. But i'm far too awkward to even be in the same room as either of them, can't talk about anything because of anxiety. I haven't left the house in almost a year, which is fine because I love being alone and I have plenty to do during the nights which I enjoy very much. And the fact my mum and brother sleep while i'm awake makes it more comfortable but if I hear someone come downstairs, I have to pause the tv and mute it until they go back upstairs, feel too awkward to watch anything knowing they're there. We live in the same house and I haven't seen my mum for about a month, and when I do see her it's for like 10 seconds in an uncomfortable silence. I keep avoiding her to avoid being uncomfortable. I definitely don't want to change the way I live, I love it. Being on my own all night with loads to do (TV, gaming, gambling etc), having absolutely no responsibilities or commitments, getting 10+ hours of sleep every day, so changing the way I live is out of the question. No chance in hell that will ever happen, I have zero intention of ever getting a job, becoming involved in a relationship or becoming independent. Makes me a pretty horrible human being probably but I really couldn't care less, I enjoy my life that's all that matters to me. Only thing I want to change is how to deal with the anxiety/awkwardness I have around my family, i was too awkward to even text my dad 'happy birthday' a few days ago. I've probably missed out a lot of things, or explained things poorly, like I said i'm terrible with explaining stuff and using words etc this is the best I can do. Thanks.
