I found 7 cups randomly as I was seeking some support while going through a recent breakup. I found this forum to be very supportive and I would like to return the good will. Much of my listening skills have come into practice from incorporating techniques from the book Difficult Conversations by Stone, Patton, and Heen, attending one-on-one and group counselings, and practicing mindfulness and meditation.
