...See more I've been feeling terrible sadness for so long. it's summer holiday where i expected everything and all the bad feelings to be at least not that harsh as they used to be during the academic year. i don't enjoy anything anymore. i wake up in the morning feeling disgusted that i have to eat and drink, or that i have to re-live the same day with the same people although i love them. i am in constant urge to cry. i can't cry whenever i feel like crying bc i don't want anyone to ask me why. there's no specific reason for my sadness. i am tired of "feeling tired, sad, unmotivated" constantly. i feel like i need therapy but i have no money. and i can't leave the house without telling them where i am going. i wish my life ends. i wish these feelings stop. i want a long break from them. i feel them intensely at least 4/7 days of the week. i am 23, but i feel i had enough from life and i just want it to end right here. i always wish i die am ready to leave. i don't want to do it myself because i know my family loves me. but i really can't take it anymore. i wish sth happens to me where i go away and all these feelings stop. if anyone felt like this before please share sth with me. how are you coping? do you even feel like living??
