I am in pursuit of the human experience in this world, the suffering to life, the rising above life, moments of pure bliss, states of Flow; and how to maximize our subjective sense of well-being. I had explored Eastern spiritual tradition and Western philosophical thought alike. I am certified in CBT and also enthusiastic about Mindfulness-based healing. My goal right now is to become a Psychiatrist and to create a positive new wave in the conversation relating to Mental health in our cultural fabric.
