...See more i don’t trust my friend and overthink everything she does and always get anxiety when she says something and i get triggered sometimes over food. i feel bad for feeling this way and i am very on edge realising she eats less and when i asked her, she told me not to worry and that she eats but i can’t help it. i can’t stop worrying, it’s out of my control what she does but it gives me anxiety. any tips on how to calm down and stop getting anxious over this? please help. thank you.
