...See more I developped a sort of ed when I was 14. I say "sort of" because I never went to a doctor or psychologist so I was never diagnosed. Lost a lot of weight in a very short time in a very unhealthy way. My period stopped for sometime, I was always sick and cold. Then I started eating again, more like binging and then starving. I still struggle with binge eating but i'm doing better. The thing is that I never learned what I should eat. What is enough or too much or too little. I was too young before I develop the ed to know it and after it I just always had a very distorted image of food so it doenst come natural for me. I can't just "listen to my body", cause my body is like super confused about it, I dont know if it makes sense. Sometimes I copy what other people are eating. It's harder when I have to eat alone tho. It's been more then 5 years but I feel like a kid who doesnt know how to take care of him/herself. If someone as any tip, share please :) No counting calories or stuff like that tho cause I know I'd get obsesses. Nothing too specific or strict, I tend to get obsessed and develop unhealthy relationship with anything really.
