New to anxiety

...See more Hello all, so I’m actually in the military. I got diagnosed with anxiety while I was on deployment. I just got back to the states yesterday and it all started when I had a heart palpitation out of no where. I was just sitting there and my heart started racing at 150bpm, my hands started sweating, my body got tingly and I got dizzy almost to the point that I wanted to pass out. I got several EKG’s done plus a cat scan and everything checked out fine. They recently (a week ago) said that I had anxiety. I’m living with this constant fear that I can’t get out of my head that I’m going to have another palpitation and nobody will be around to help me. These panic attacks make me feel like I’m dying. I don’t know if anyone else has been prescribed Propranolol but that’s what I have been prescribed and have been taking for almost a week now. I heard it could take up to a month for me to feel normal again. I’m just tired of living this life in constant fear and I’m tired of having panic attacks that make me feel like I’m about to have a heart attack and die. If anyone can please give me advice on how you live through anxiety and panic attacks, I would greatly appreciate it.
