...See more So my boyfriend and I have been dating for a year and a half. He is a welder and I am in both college & high school AND working 5 days a week. Despite the fact that he has leftover money after bills, he does not buy me anything. I get how that sounds like Im a gold digger... HOWEVER, I buy him almost anything he wants. He broke his $100 necklace chain, I bought him a new one. He wants food, Ill go and get it and bring it to him. IN FACT, my parents are even paying $1500 for him to go on a cruise with me. Yet it seems like the only thing I get in return is thank you. Which yes, my goal is to make him happy, but sometimes when I want something thats something small he should be able to do it instead of spending his extra money on going out to eat and the bar. The only time he spends money on me is if we go out to eat TOGETHER, and sometimes I even pay. Correct me if Im wrong, but I feel like Im working to hard for this guy and hes not worth my time anymore. Yes this guy loves me, he will make the time to see me as much as possible. But when he cant treat me how I deserve to be treated I dont believe he is worth it anymore, especially when I give him more than he deserves.
