I’m 23, very shy and introverted. I like to paint, draw and read. I’m a huge lover of twilight. I’m very insecure and anxious. I’d like to overcome the constant over thinking, anxiety and feeling like I’m not good enough.

...See more I’ve been thinking about myself and my worth. I don’t believe I’m valuable to anyone. I’m kind and friendly, caring, empathetic, and understanding, I don’t judge. But I’m also not as thoughtful as I thought, I can sometimes be selfish, lazy, very passive and practically a push over. At best the only thing I know I offer is kindness and listening to people. I’m not fun, I’m a bit funny though, I’m not very social and conversational, I’ve had my fair share of traumas like SA, physical and emotional abuse, a lot of judgement, mainly from my father. Every friend I’ve ever had has left. Except now, I have 2 really good friends and an amazing boyfriend, but I feel like I’m a burden to them. I feel like I’m too anxious, too depressed and I don’t wanna drag them down. I live with my mum and sisters and I hate it. They’re constantly going off at me for things that I don’t do but neither do they. I feel singled out. My mum will say things like ‘my sisters do this and that but you never do this or that’ ‘you should be more like them’. I just want to feel like I’m enough, I know other people think I am but I want to feel it, I don’t feel it. And I feel like I’m reaching my limit.
