...See more I saw some social media posts that people are using AI therapist, which is much cheaper than the human one. I used the free trial and it’s pretty effective for these three days. I wonder if any of you have feedback about this it’s indeed much cheaper and convenient. Somehow when I meet my psychologist, she’s nice, but I’m quite nervous.

...See more I just tried this recently for the past three weeks and it’s great. I was worried how people would see my problem and judge me but actually it feels like a family that everybody understands each other. I love the idea that everybody can help and be helped in the same meeting. I first tried the free source online and unfortunately, not every time slots is available for me. Nevertheless, it’s a good discovery for me. Happy to know other good experience or the bad ones. I heard some horrible experience from the group but luckily so far we are quite good.
