...See more Hi, My name is Sejal. I got diagnosed with anxiety and mild depression about 5 years ago. I worked on myself and had gotten better but since covid gap, I felt I lost that confident self and the one who had learnt to manage cognitive distortions. These days I feel so different and rushed from inside that I don't know how to not be burnt out or exhausted. Everything feels scary and uncertain. I do not feel like doing any physical exercise, or going out for dinners or anything. I am not able to set a proper routine. I don't know how to get back up. If anyone else if there with the same feeling, maybe we can help each other...
