Anxiety and Uncertainity

Hi, My name is Sejal.

I got diagnosed with anxiety and mild depression about 5 years ago. I worked on myself and had gotten better but since covid gap, I felt I lost that confident self and the one who had learnt to manage cognitive distortions.

These days I feel so different and rushed from inside that I don't know how to not be burnt out or exhausted. Everything feels scary and uncertain. I do not feel like doing any physical exercise, or going out for dinners or anything. I am not able to set a proper routine.

I don't know how to get back up.

If anyone else if there with the same feeling, maybe we can help each other...

@sejalaag Hi, thank you for reach reaching out. The pandemic has been tough on many of us, and it's understandable that you're feeling this way.

Many people have faced setbacks during this time. It's okay to feel different and uncertain, acknowledging these feelings is a big first step. Perhaps starting with small, manageable goals could help.

If you'd like, I can support you as a listener through this journey. Sometimes just talking about it with someone can make a big difference ❤️
