...See more About a year ago I was restricting and always wanted to lose weight. I had really bad depression and one of my close friends was just diagnosed with anorexia and eventually I started to feel bad about my weight. I only lost about [weight edited by 24Help1] pounds and my parents never knew, even though they suspected it. Ive gained the weight back, and more and now all I do is think about how much I eat and what I need to lose. I go for a day without eating and then eat so much, then I feel guilty about it. I feel so horrible about my weight and cant eat anything until I put it into a calorie counter app or ill have a panic attack. I havent lost any weight tho, which is why I dont think I really have an eating disorder. Do I?
