...See more Hey everyone. Ive been working nightshifts for last few nights. Spoke to my long distance boyfriend this morning and everything seemed fine. Went for a nap and woke up and we messaged for a little while. I accidently fell asleep on my sofa this afternoon and was woken up by him calling me. By time I answered, he had put down the phone. I tried calling him back asap but no answer. I’ve looked and it appears he had blocked my calls and blocked messages on the messaging app we use. so now it looks like I’ve been ghosted by my boyfriend of 8 months with no explaination. im numb… I don’t know what to do

...See more Hi everyone. I love my job but more often than not I’m getting anxious or worried that I’m not doing things correct or doing them badly. I stress that I haven’t completed something or that I could do them better. This stress is giving me physical symptoms several times a day. I feel like I’m going around in circles. I love my job so much but it makes my anxiety and panic attacks worse. Just recently moved to a new workplace too which I feel doesn’t help either. Not sure that I can do
