...See more Hey, I don’t know much about PPD but I did look up the symptoms and I match a lot of them, but I don’t self diagnose. It’s noted on doctors system I have suffered with paranoia from a young age, often with delusions, usually about harm to or those I care about. But the prolonged time I’ve had this made me think it could be PPD. But recently the thoughts and delusions are so much worse, I will go out and often have a panic attack or breakdown not long after leaving the house, this can be triggered by a lot of things, mainly people looking at me or what I think is following me too long. I’m also very convinced I’m going to be killed soon, also that I’m being spied on and tracked and they’re feeding someone bad my personal info & lastly that I may of done something so awful that idk about that the police are after me for.
